What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGS, STP, PDF, DWG. We also accept physical samples for reverse engineering and replication projects.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements as standard procedure before receiving any customer drawings or specifications.
Do you provide mold development?
Yes. Our in-house tooling center handles full mold design, CNC machining, EDM finishing, and T1 sampling — all under one roof.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on part size and complexity. Rubber and injection molding typically starts from 500 pcs; PU foam prototyping from 100 pcs. Contact us for a project-specific MOQ.
How long does tooling development take?
Typically 15–35 working days for standard complexity molds, from approved CAD to T1 sample delivery.
Can you assist with material selection?
Yes. Our materials engineers review your application environment — chemical exposure, temperature range, mechanical load — and recommend the optimal compound specification.
