These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Blue Diamond Industry website at https://bluediamondindustry.com/ (the “Website”). By using the Website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Website purpose
The Website provides information about Blue Diamond Industry’s B2B manufacturing capabilities, including custom rubber molding, precision plastic injection molding, engineered polyurethane foaming, tooling, quality systems, industry applications, and technical resources.
Website information is provided for product and manufacturing capability reference. It is not a final quotation, purchase order, product specification, warranty, or supply contract unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement accepted by the parties.
2. Inquiries, drawings, and technical review
You may submit project information, specifications, messages, and engineering files through the Website or by contacting Blue Diamond Industry directly.
Our team may conduct a preliminary DFM review and discuss possible materials, tooling, processes, quantities, and production requirements. A review or response does not guarantee that a product can be manufactured, will meet a particular standard, or will be suitable for a particular application.
You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and files, that your submission does not infringe another party’s rights, that you have permission to disclose personal data or technical information, and that the requirements you provide are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Quotations and commercial terms
Formal quotations depend on drawings, materials, volumes, tolerances, application requirements, delivery requirements, and other confirmed specifications.
- A quotation is valid for 90 days, unless the quotation states otherwise.
- The minimum order quantity is determined by the customer’s specific product and project.
- Payment method and payment milestones are negotiated with the customer and confirmed in the applicable commercial documents.
- Lead time is determined by the specific product, tooling, quantity, materials, and confirmed production schedule.
- FOB, DDP, and other trade terms may apply as agreed by the parties.
- Freight, taxes, customs duties, and declaration costs are allocated according to the applicable trade term and written commercial agreement.
- A formal quotation is not a binding purchase contract unless accepted in accordance with its stated terms and the parties confirm the required technical and commercial documents.
4. Samples, tooling, and ownership
Samples are provided without a sample charge, unless a specific written project agreement states otherwise. Tooling and molds belong to the customer.
Sample approval, change control, inspection, quality objections, rework, replacement, refund, and warranty arrangements are handled according to the actual product, project documents, quotation, purchase order, quality agreement, and customer discussions.
The warranty period depends on the specific product and confirmed project terms.
5. Products, materials, and compliance information
The Website may refer to FKM/Viton, EPDM, Silicone, NBR, Neoprene, PA66, PC, ABS, POM, PEEK, TPU, and polyurethane foam products. It may also refer to ISO 9001:2015, RoHS/SGS, FDA/LFGB, and REACH documentation.
The applicable material, test report, certificate, tolerance, and regulatory status must be confirmed for the specific product and project. Website references do not mean that every product or every shipment meets every listed standard.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Customer drawings, CAD files, specifications, and related intellectual property belong to the customer. Blue Diamond Industry retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, processes, templates, and other pre-existing materials unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
The applicable NDA has priority over these Terms in the event of a conflict concerning confidentiality, customer intellectual property, engineering files, or permitted use.
Blue Diamond Industry will not provide customer engineering drawings to subcontractors, testing institutions, logistics providers, or other external business partners. Use of project images, customer names, trademarks, or case-study information requires appropriate customer authorization.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
- Upload malware, malicious code, or files that are unlawful or infringe another party’s rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
- Scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Website content without permission; or
- Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Website.
8. Website content and third-party links
We aim to keep Website information useful and accurate, but manufacturing capabilities, materials, certifications, lead times, images, and technical content may change. We may correct, update, or remove content without notice.

No Website content replaces professional engineering review, product validation, regulatory assessment, or application-specific testing. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for its intended use and for providing complete and accurate requirements.
Any liability cap, exclusion of indirect losses, and other allocation of risk will be negotiated and determined in the applicable quotation, purchase order, NDA, quality agreement, supply contract, or other written project document. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law are not excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or protection of our rights. These Terms do not replace the terms of any separate purchase, NDA, quality, or supply agreement.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Disputes arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms will be resolved in Qingdao, China, unless the parties agree otherwise in a separate written agreement or applicable mandatory law requires another forum.
