Redesign of Under-Hood Wire Harness Connector

Challenge: An OEM client experienced cracking issues with standard nylon harness protectors under high-frequency engine vibration at 130°C, causing harness exposure and electrical failures.

Our Material Solution: Our engineers upgraded the compound to Polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber (PA66-GF30) and optimized the gating layout using advanced Moldflow analysis.
