We accept STEP, STP, IGES, DWG, DXF and high-resolution PDF files. If only a physical sample is available, our engineering team can also support reverse engineering.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before I send my drawings?
Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before receiving proprietary drawings, samples or technical specifications. Customer tooling and design data remain confidential.
What is the typical lead time for injection molds and first samples?
Standard prototype or production tooling typically takes 15 to 35 working days. Timing depends on part size, cavity count, steel grade, sliders and surface finish requirements.
Which engineering plastics and tolerances can you support?
We process materials including ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP, PBT, TPU and PEEK. Standard dimensional targets are reviewed against material shrinkage and part geometry, with critical tolerances confirmed during DFM.
Do you provide DFM, mold-flow and production inspection reports?
Yes. We can provide DFM review, gate and ejection recommendations, mold-flow analysis where required, first article inspection and batch quality documentation.
