We use inquiry and project information for business and project purposes, including:

3. Preparing quotations and discussing materials, tooling, processes, quantities, and specifications;
4. Communicating about samples, orders, technical questions, quality documentation, logistics, and project status;
5. Recording and administering an NDA or other confidentiality agreement;
6. Maintaining the website, inquiry process, security, and records; and
7. Meeting applicable legal, accounting, customs, export, contractual, and quality-traceability obligations.

We do not use inquiry information for newsletter marketing, product-promotion emails, third-party marketing sales, remarketing, or advertising-audience matching.

4. Engineering drawings, project files, and confidentiality

RFQ inquiries, CAD files, drawings, ZIP files, specifications, and company information are treated as confidential project information.

Access to customer engineering files is limited to the relevant personnel covered by the applicable customer confidentiality agreement or NDA. We do not provide customer engineering drawings to subcontractors, testing institutions, logistics providers, or other external business partners.

Customers should use the NDA option before transmitting sensitive engineering files where an NDA is required. An applicable NDA or other written confidentiality agreement may impose additional obligations and will prevail over this section to the extent of any conflict.

5. Retention and deletion

RFQ inquiry records, CAD files, drawings, ZIP files, quotation records, and related email communication are retained indefinitely for project, engineering, quality-traceability, contractual, and business-record purposes, unless the customer requests deletion.

We will assess and process a customer deletion request according to the applicable customer agreement, legal obligations, quality-traceability requirements, dispute needs, and technical feasibility. A deletion request may not require immediate deletion where retention is legally or contractually required.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We use technical infrastructure and communication services necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries, including hosting, configured SMTP or enterprise email services, WordPress/WooCommerce components, and website security or maintenance services.

These infrastructure providers may technically process information only as necessary to host the website, transmit communications, maintain security, or provide the requested service. We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to third parties for third-party marketing.

We may disclose information to a public authority, professional adviser, or legal service provider where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not otherwise provide customer engineering drawings to external business partners.

Customer names, email addresses, inquiry information, and engineering files are stored in China. Hostinger, the configured email system, CRM or analysis services, where used for this website, are not located in other countries according to our current business configuration.

Engineering drawings are not processed by overseas service providers. Customer data and engineering drawings are not provided to overseas logistics, testing, manufacturing, or other business partners.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect inquiry information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access restrictions and the use of HTTPS/SSL for website communications where supported by the website infrastructure.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use the NDA option before sending sensitive engineering files where appropriate.

9. Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, quality-traceability requirements, and identity verification.
