Our Qingdao facility houses three dedicated production wings: a high-speed rubber compression and transfer molding shop with 20+ vulcanization presses; a precision plastic injection molding workshop with CNC-machined cavity molds and automated demolding systems; and a polyurethane foaming center equipped with continuous pour and batch pouring systems for flexible and rigid foam applications. All three wings operate under unified ISO 9001:2015 quality protocols, with shared in-house tooling, metrology lab, and logistics coordination — ensuring consistent quality from first article to mass production delivery.
