Three-Stage Quality Management Flow
From incoming raw material to outgoing shipment, every component passes three mandatory quality gates.
1. Incoming Material Control (IQC)
Every batch of rubber compound, plastic pellet, and polyurethane chemical undergoes rigorous density, rheology, and moisture analysis. We enforce 100% traceability back to original manufacturer COAs (Certificate of Analysis).
2. In-Process Dimension Control (IPQC)
Utilizing advanced automatic optical projectors and digital calipers directly at the production lines. Molded parts are pulled and dimensionally checked every 2 hours to prevent tolerance deviation.
3. Outgoing Inspection & Reports (OQC)
Before shipment, we simulate real-world mechanical and environmental stress. We deliver FAI (First Article Inspection) and PPAP Level 3 documentation, tensile strength logs, and Shore hardness reports with your delivery.

State-of-the-art equipment for full physical property verification on every production lot.
Electronic Tensile Strength Tester
Used to analyze absolute tensile strength, elongation at break, and tearing resistance of elastomers up to 10kN load.
Digital Shore Durometer (Shore A / D)
Precision hardness verification across all rubbers, TPU, silicones, and engineered plastics, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Digital Optical 2.5D Projector
Non-contact dimensional scanner providing cross-section visual measurement accurate to ±2 microns.
Compression Set Testing Station
Evaluate the long-term elastic recovery of elastomeric compounds under constant deflection.
